The League of Crafty Guitarists Plays King Crimson, Robert Fripp and Guitar Craft Music alongside The Camerata of the Río Negro Philharmonic Orchestra.
Marko Santelices, Conductor
The League of Crafty Guitarists was born out of the experience of Guitar Craft, the international community of musicians founded by Robert Fripp more than four decades ago. Since 1986, the ensemble has developed its own musical language based on listening, precision, discipline, and collective work, performing music by King Crimson, Robert Fripp, and Guitar Craft, alongside new compositions.
With an international track record and numerous recording productions, the League continues to expand this legacy through new generations of guitarists and new formats. Its Symphonic Project brings acoustic guitars and orchestra together, exploring new timbral and expressive dimensions while preserving the identity of the original works.
The LCG line up for the performances with the Río Negro Philharmonic Orchestra is the following: Gonzalo Arias, Steve Ball, Martín De Aguirre, Fernando Kabusacki, Claudio La Falce, Luciano Pietrafesa, and Yoyo Sevilla.
